Assist the Chef de Partie in the day-to-day running of your section
Prepare and present dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality
Maintain high levels of food hygiene and kitchen safety (HACCP)
Support junior kitchen staff and work collaboratively within the team
Ensure all food is stored, handled, and prepared correctly
Help with stock control and minimising waste
About You
Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Passion for fresh food and high-quality service
Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
