Casual Staff Coordinator
As a Casual Staff Coordinator, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the business and contribute to the ongoing development of the organization.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is ideal for a confident, hardworking individual and offers an excellent opportunity to advance your career with involvement in HR-related matters.
What you will be doing
* Maintain and support engagement with Casual Workers
* Ensure company policies are applied fairly and consistently to all casual workers
* Advise managers on handling issues and concerns related to casual staff members
* Support the Operations teams in investigating complaints from casual staff
* Assist with various project work
* Support company recruitment efforts when required

What we need from you
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to manage difficult conversations
* Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience (desirable)
* Keen interest and/or desire to learn about HR Operations
