Part Time Domestic Assistant – Ledbury Nursing
Position: Part Time Domestic Assistant at Ledbury Nursing, led by Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd.
Location: Ledbury, England.
Salary: £12.60 per hour.
Working Hours: Part‑time, 15 hours per week.
Shifts: 4 week rota, 17–20 hours per week Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities
* Clean and sanitize rooms, furnishings and assigned work areas.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry, causing minimal disruption to service users and their care.
* Communicate and engage effectively with service users, families and colleagues; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
* Work independently without direct supervision.
* Use a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products.
* Work on own initiative and maintain a high level of hygiene within the home.
No previous experience or qualifications are required – we will provide full training and a leadership programme to support your development.
