The job:
* To Ensure the safety of children in a fun pool environment with structured lessons.
* Responsible for creating a calm and assured feeling of safety for all of our members including parents/guardians of our child members.
* Carry out safety checks prior to pool opening.
* Build positive relationships with members, allowing them concentrate on their activities.
* Support and build strong bonds with swim teachers, assistant teachers and pool helpers.
* Work closely with the Director to help improve the service, processes and procedures to build a progressive, exciting brand.

* NPLQ certification
* Exceptional communication skills and experience in a customer facing environment.
* Professional and courteous to everyone you interact with - including face to face, over the phone & via email / electronic correspondence.
It would be great if:
You have or are considering taking ASA L1 or L2 Swim Teaching qualification
Your commitment….
This role is part time. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business; typical lessons take place during weekends and after school. As we grow, your hours can grow as well. We are flexible and always try to give you hours that suit you.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: £12.00 per hour
