Hours: 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate retail teams to achieve sales and service KPIs.
Drive commercial performance while maintaining brand integrity and luxury standards.
Oversee day‑to‑day retail operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Analyse sales data and provide actionable insights and reporting.
Support recruitment, training, and development of store management teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational best practice.
About You:
Proven experience in a luxury or premium retail management role.
Strong commercial acumen with a results‑driven mindset.
Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
