Join Norfolk's Award-Winning Estate Agency
Are you passionate about property and driven by delivering outstanding customer service? Sowerbys, one of Norfolk's most respected and award-winning estate agencies, is looking for a Lettings Specialist (or motivated trainee) to join our thriving team in our beautiful Dereham office.
This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in lettings with a company recognised for its expertise, customer care, and strong community values. In return, you'll receive a competitive salary package, branch commission, and clear opportunities for progression.
Why Sowerbys?
Since 1994, Sowerbys has grown into an eight-branch network covering Norfolk, known for our innovative marketing, exceptional customer service, and supportive team culture. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, we care deeply about our staff, our clients, and the communities we serve.
The Role
As part of our lettings team, you'll become a true all-rounder, but the majority of the role initially will be ensuring people receive and exceptional experience when registering and viewing homes with Sowerbys. From registering applicants and arranging viewings, to visiting some of Norfolk's best rental properties no two days will be the same. You'll be traveling across a large patch, visiting our other branches, meeting a wide range of people and you'll need to be organised, confident and enjoy being in and out the office. You'll be supported by an experienced team while developing your skills and progressing your career in the property industry.
A full driving licence and your own vehicle are essential, as this role involves travel across a wide area.
