Working pattern/flexible working: The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, allowing a mixture of office and home-based work based on personal needs and business requirements. Typically, around 1 day a week in the office for connection and ad-hoc meetings.
Key responsibilities
1. Manage compliant price comparison website sales and achieve commercial objectives.
2. Own contractual relationships for all comparison websites, negotiating and agreeing terms.
3. Identify and champion opportunities to optimise sales performance through the channel.
4. Collaborate with price comparison website managers, and teams across Commercial, Operational, and Digital departments.
5. Assist in planning, analysing, and recommending product developments to maximise value and volume.
6. Leverage insights and networks to stay informed about customer requirements, market conditions, and technological advancements.
7. Ensure compliance with John Lewis policies within the legal and regulatory framework.
Essential skills/experience
* Significant experience working with price comparison websites.
* Strong data manipulation and analytical skills.
* Relationship management and negotiation skills.
* Project management experience.
* Knowledge of customer journey optimization to exceed market conversion averages across product lines.
Desirable skills/experience
* Experience within a matrix organization.
* Understanding of financial services regulatory environment.
* Experience with Optimization (CRO) programs for journey improvement and personalisation.

Your role will be to maximise contributions from Price Comparison Websites by delivering initiatives that increase sales volumes and manage CPA costs to remain competitive.
You will build relationships with comparison websites, manage product performance, and collaborate with commercial, operational, and digital teams to optimise presentation and UX. Regular reviews, performance reporting, and audits will be part of your responsibilities. You will also support new insurance products and coordinate with credit and banking teams as needed.
