♂️ 🏗️ New Role - Contracts Manager - South of England 👷♂️ 🏗️\nAn outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established, family-owned main contractor with an exceptional reputation for delivering new build projects.\nWith a turnover of circa £80 million, this business delivers projects valued between £10 million - £15 million, maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. With a strong pipeline of work and plans to expand to 25 active projects this year, this is an exciting time to join a growing and ambitious company.\nReporting directly to the Construction Director, the Contracts Manager will take ownership of multiple projects across the South of England, ensuring their successful delivery from start to finish. This role requires regular travel, overseeing multiple sites and managing teams to achieve excellence in project execution.\nKey Responsibilities:\n👉 Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.\n👉 Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive performance and maintain quality.\n👉 Take responsibility for health & safety compliance, risk management, and regulatory adherence across all sites.\n👉 Work closely with the Construction Director to optimise project profitability and support business growth.\n👉 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure continued success and repeat business.\nWhat’s on Offer:\n💷 Salary up to £80,000 + performance-based incentives.\n🚗 Travel across the South of England is essential – a flexible approach to site visits is required.\n🏗 Opportunity to manage high-value projects ranging from £10 million - £15 million.\n📈 Work within a growing, family-run business with a solid turnover and ambitious growth plans.\n🔝 Genuine career progression opportunities as the company expands its project portfolio.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager looking to step into a leadership role within a highly respected main contractor.
