Key Responsibilities – Sous Chef Role at The Dock
* Support the Head Chef in delivering consistently high-quality, fresh food for all service periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
* Lead by example in maintaining exceptional kitchen standards – from food prep to cleanliness and hygiene
* motivate, and supervise junior kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
* Oversee stock levels, ordering, and waste management to help drive kitchen profitability
* Deliver outstanding food safety and allergen awareness at all times
About You – What We're Looking For in a Sous Chef
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen
* Positive attitude and a genuine passion for food, teamwork, and personal development
* Ability to work under pressure, stay organised, and bring energy to every shift
