* Temporary to permanent position.
* Initial training on rotating shifts (Monday - Friday):
* 6am - 2:15pm.
* 2pm - 10:15pm.
* Training pay: £12.60 per hour.
* Permanent night shift (once trained):
* Sunday - Thursday, 10pm - 6:15am.
* Night shift pay: £15.37 per hour.
Key Duties
* Operating, programming, and setting up production machinery.
* Monitoring and topping up material levels.
* Conducting fault finding and basic troubleshooting.
* Performing regular quality control checks.
* Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch.
* Working effectively as part of a small, supportive team.
Requirements
* Previous production or factory experience desirable.
* Willingness to complete training on rotating shifts before moving to permanent nights.
* Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
