HC-One is seeking a Chef with the following minimum qualifications:
* S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery
* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
* Understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)

About You
You should be organized, capable of meeting service times, and enjoy planning and following recipes precisely. Passion for food and a commitment to quality home cooking for our Residents are essential. You will communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding
Recognizing signs of abuse, harm, or neglect is vital. All staff must attend safeguarding training relevant to their roles and know how to report concerns appropriately.
