IFA Administrator

Bristol | Hybrid Working (2+ days in office) | Free Onsite Parking

Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to join a modern, supportive and growing financial planning firm with genuine long-term career prospects?

We're working with a highly regarded financial planning firm in Bristol that is looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to their friendly and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that truly invests in its people, has an excellent culture, and promotes from within.

The Role

You'll be providing high-quality administrative support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners, helping to ensure clients receive an outstanding service at every stage of their journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Preparing and processing new business and client documentation
* Liaising with providers, clients and internal stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
* Supporting with valuations, illustrations and policy information
* General administration to support the advice process from start to finish

About You

* Minimum 2+ years' experience as an IFA Administrator
* Experience working within a financial planning / wealth management firm
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a proactive, team-focused attitude
