We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager with a proven track record within Asset Integrity to join our team.
The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities to deliver complex projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest of standards.

About the Role
Purpose: The primary purpose of the Project Manager is to demonstrate strong leadership in project execution and people management, providing problem-solving expertise and insightful guidance to our clients, aligned with our company goals and values. The team lead will also be responsible for managing, mentoring, and empowering a team of talented engineers and technical professionals from diverse backgrounds to maintain high standards, deliver valuable output, and support their long-term development and career progression.
Objective: The Project Manager will proactively apply project management skills to ensure timely delivery of quality work that meets client expectations and scope, within budget and schedule, ensuring client satisfaction.
Reports to: Operations Manager
Direct Reports: Project-specific multidisciplinary engineers

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a multidisciplinary integrity project team to ensure efficient delivery of integrity activities, maintaining safety and compliance with client requirements and regulations.
* Manage contractual obligations and service delivery to clients.
* Provide progress updates to the Operations Manager and identify opportunities for improvement in client service.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, proactively addressing queries and ensuring smooth communication.
* Oversee risk-based inspection strategies for pressure systems, structural, and marine inspections.
* Ensure high standards in inspection reviews and integrity assessments, updating RBIs promptly.
* Manage anomaly processes, defect assessments, and integrity reports.
* Lead failure investigations and root cause analyses related to integrity issues.
* Oversee pressure system integrity statements and annual reports.
* Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, including third-party coordination.
* Participate in audits and HSE visits, and prepare necessary reports.
* Coordinate with third-party vendors and define scopes of work.
* Contribute to proposal development and CTRs.
People Management:
* Mentor and develop team members, monitor performance, and facilitate their growth.
* Set clear expectations and objectives for direct reports.
* Work with HR to manage workforce planning and succession.
* Build and maintain excellent client relationships.
* Lead team meetings and collaborate with management.
* Foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Project Reporting & Compliance:
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, environment, and quality policies.
* Meet reporting requirements and implement controls to deliver quality work.
QHSE:
* Maintain a safe workplace environment.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of management systems.
* Ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
* Proactively improve systems and processes.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 5 years’ experience in Integrity Management with an engineering degree.
* Proven project management skills.
* Knowledge of corrosion, welding, inspection techniques, and related fields.
* Experience with CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo) and anomaly management systems.
* Experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy sectors, especially with assets like terminals, platforms, or pipelines.
* Understanding of engineering disciplines, standards, and codes.
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.
* Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Additional Skills / Capabilities:
* Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities.
* Understanding of the safety and commercial implications of engineering decisions.
* Knowledge of statistical analysis and decision support tools.
* Chartered engineer status is desirable.
