Responsibilities
* Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
* Supervise and motivate staff, including front-of-house and kitchen teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all departments.
* Coordinate staff scheduling, training programmes and performance evaluations to optimise team efficiency.
* Assist in resolving operational issues promptly and effectively, escalating concerns when necessary.
* Assist in managing budgets, monitoring expenses and achieving financial targets; support in analysing performance data to optimise operations
Qualifications
* Strong leadership qualities with excellent team management skills.
* Previous experience in restaurant or hotel management is highly desirable.
* Competence in serving guests with professionalism and courtesy.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
