This is a Sales and Business Development position designed for experienced high-performing closers, natural connectors, and global elites.
Global Elite (SEI) is a private consulting, matchmaking, & dating membership club catering to ultra and high-net-worth individuals with jet-set lifestyles.
Our mission is to help our members reach their highest personal potential by facilitating meaningful and happy relationships. We offer lucrative commissions and salaries for sales and business development professionals helping clients find their life partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Close sales with ultra and high-net-worth individuals seeking membership.
2. Assist clients in selecting suitable membership options based on their preferences and objectives.
3. Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their membership journey.
4. Pre-screen membership applicants and nurture warm leads to expand the client base.
5. Maintain regular communication to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
6. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding market reach.
7. Monitor and follow up on closed sales to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Understanding of the importance of closing and nurturing relationships.
* Strong desire to help clients find their life partners, coupled with motivation to earn high commissions and salaries.
* Experience in luxury service/product sales, financial sales, or related fields preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to build empathy, listen actively, and understand clients' needs.
* Emotional stability, self-control, patience, and problem-solving skills.
* High emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
* Ability to work effectively in a remote and flexible environment.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
