Import Coordinator (Sea Freight / Manufacturing) £30,000-£35,000 Progression Training Office based Monday-Friday Company Benefits Preston Are you an Import Coordinator or similar with Sea Freight experience who is looking for a varied and exciting role within within a well-established SME working on a range of projects who pride themselves on looking after and developing staff in a role offering specialist training and ongoing progression? This well-established SME provide specialist stainless steel products for a broad client base across a range of key industries. They have seen steady growth to the point they have 29 staff and £26m turnover and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to grow their friendly team. This varied role will see you undertake project work for imports of goods via sea, primarily from Eastern Asia. You will be responsible for liaising with suppliers and forwarders to ensure on time delivery whilst looking at opportunities for continual improvement. You will learn from the General Manager, as well as liaising with Stock Control, and other members of the tight-knit office team as you work Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00. This exciting role would suit an Import Coordinator or similar looking to upskill themselves within a well-established SME who offer a varied workload and the chance to continually progress your career.
