* Lead and grow the Midlands region
* Own strategy, performance, and delivery
* Drive work-winning and client relationships
* Oversee projects from pre-con to final account
* Build and lead high-performing teams
What you’ll bring
* Senior leadership experience in main contracting
* Track record delivering £50m+ regional turnover or have the ability to step up to this level
* Experience across education, commercial, industrial & leisure sectors
* Strong commercial and operational expertise
* Public sector framework experience
