Key Responsibilities
* Manage contracts across diverse projects and campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery and strong customer relationships.
* Act as a commercial lead in bid teams, preparing proposals, reviewing contracts, and securing governance approvals.
* Provide strategic guidance on pricing, risk management, contract development, and margin growth opportunities.
* Negotiate contract terms and collaborate with Legal, IP, Tax, Supply Chain, and project teams to ensure compliance and operational success.
* Build strong, enduring relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
* Proven commercial experience in defence, regulated industries, or other complex environments.
* Deep understanding of contracts, legal frameworks, and commercial principles.
* Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to balance commercial opportunity with risk management.
