Bookkeeper required with AAT qualification or similar, with experience of processing Inventory type Invoices. This is a great opportunity for growth and career advancement.
The Bookkeeper, reporting to the Financial Controller, will have the following responsibilities:
1. Sales Invoices input and administration
2. Credit Control
3. Purchases Invoices input and administration
4. Processing Employee Expenses
5. Processing bank Receipts and Payments
6. Bank Reconciliation
7. Vat Return quarterly preparation
8. Trial Balance, monthly journals, prepayments, accruals, depreciation and payroll
9. Assist the FC with monthly management accounts and forecasts
