Fixed term for 12 months An exciting opportunity has arisen within Occupational Health Services for an Administrator / Receptionist. You will support the day to day running of the service and provide a comprehensive, efficient and confidential administrative secretarial service to clients, the Occupational Health multidisciplinary team and other users of the Service. We are looking for an individual who has excellent organisational and communication skills and can demonstrate flexibility to changing workload and demands of the department. You will have the ability to work on your own and as part of the team. Existing permanent employees must first discuss this opportunity with their substantive line manager.
