DispatcherLocation:Dyce, AB21 OBF Pay Rate: £15/hourSifts: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shiftsWe are looking for a proactive and organised Resources Assistant (OPRA / Dispatcher) with an immediate start to support a Resources Coordinators in managing operational logistics. This is a 10-month contract role, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.Responsibilities
* Track job schedules and coordinate mobilization between rigs and service delivery sites
* Support data entry and send notifications through internal business systems
* Communicate with Coordinators and other teams to manage equipment movements and lead times
* Assist with import/export and inter-location shipment documentation
* Enter Materials & Supplies (M&S) requests into company systems
* Maintain permits and documentation for equipment, dangerous goods transport, and insurance
* Manage paperwork for asset disposal/acquisition and review asset movement reports
* Assist with fixed asset reconciliation tasks
* Support the TLM with equipment receptions and onboarding (may include light mechanical lifting duties)
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, or coordination role preferred
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Comfortable working with business systems and data entry
* Good communication and coordination abilities
* Ability to handle physical tasks (e.g., light mechanical lifting) when required
