We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and close high-value opportunities, shaping our go-to-market strategy with enterprise-level customers.

Demand for our world-class software is scaling fast, so to continue this momentum, we’re expanding our sales team with high-performing Account Executives who have a track record in driving new revenue in a fast-paced and evolving AI environment.

As pioneers in speech technology, our mission is to Understand Every Voice—a vision that has propelled us to create Flow, a revolutionary Conversational AI agent. As an experienced Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in driving new business through Flow, Real-Time Speech Recognition, and a new product launch (coming soon!) by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value opportunities.

What you'll be doing

1. Generate, manage, and prioritize an end-to-end sales pipeline to exceed sales targets and support broader financial goals.
2. Collaborate with marketing to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will increase sales.
3. Promote Speechmatics’ vision and value proposition with Conversational AI, RT Speech Capabilities, and TTS (at launch).
4. Contribute to a high-performing sales team by sharing experiences and best practices.
5. Maintain thorough knowledge of the market, industry trends, and our products to lead in the competitive landscape.
6. Ensure accurate data entry and management within the CRM system for robust pipeline management and forecasting.

Who we're looking for

1. Proven ability to close large commercial deals and exceed sales targets.
2. Ability to self-source pipeline to complement marketing and BDR initiatives.
3. Experience selling complex technical solutions to C-suite/VP level with strategic engagement.
4. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, working across organizational functions, especially Product and Engineering.
5. Strong knowledge and usage of MEDDPICC.
6. Excellent team player who supports and mentors colleagues.
7. Experience applying AI across the sales process.
8. Excellent communication and writing skills.
9. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
10. Ability to work independently.
