About the Role
We're looking for a driven, confident, and commercially minded B2B Appointment Maker to join our growing Manchester team. You'll be the first point of contact for law firms and legal‑sector decision‑makers, generating high‑quality appointments for our business development team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Using phone outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn/social selling to engage prospects
- Researching and identifying key contacts within law firms and legal service providers
- Qualifying leads and booking high‑quality appointments for senior BDMs
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow‑up activity
- Building rapport with partners, directors, and senior stakeholders
- Representing the business with professionalism and confidence
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B appointment setting, lead generation, or sales outreach
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Comfortable speaking with senior‑level contacts in the legal sector (or willing to learn)
- Strong LinkedIn presence and understanding of social selling
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and resilient
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own pipeline
