Overview

Position: Business Development Representative

Location: Manchester, England (Hybrid, Tue/Wed/Thu Office)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM UK time (Half-day Fridays)

Salary: £26,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions (OTE £50,000+)

Responsibilities

* Proactively generate appointments through outbound prospecting.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing to uncover new business leads.
* Learn and apply selling and influencing techniques to engage prospective clients.
* Meet weekly goals, including 60+ prospecting calls per day.


Qualifications

* Recent graduate ready to launch a career in business development.
* 0–3 years of sales experience (B2B is a plus but not required).
* Excellent communication, self-driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.
