You'll support the Senior Producer with planning, coordination, tracking, and comms — making sure the right people have what they need, when they need it. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working across product, engineering, art/creative, and commercial stakeholders
What you'll do
Support the Senior Producer in running day-to-day delivery across multiple workstreams (Rezzil and ).
Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and action tracking.
Own task hygiene: ensure tickets are created, scoped, prioritised, assigned, and updated consistently.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, art/creative, QA, and commercial.
Lead regular project rituals where needed: stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, check-ins, milestone reviews, and retros.
Produce clear status reporting for stakeholders: progress, blockers, dependencies, and next steps.
Support delivery governance: documentation, sign-offs, handovers, release readiness and post-release follow-ups.
Help improve how we work: templates, lightweight processes, and better tool usage across teams.
What we're looking for
Experience in a coordination/delivery/production role (assistant producer, project coordinator, junior project manager, production assistant, etc.), ideally in games, interactive, sport tech, broadcast, or software product teams.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — you can run multiple threads without dropping the ball.
Confident communicator: concise updates, good meeting discipline, and stakeholder management.
Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
Strong problem-solving mindset: you spot issues early and propose practical solutions.
Tools & skills
Working knowledge of project management and documentation tools such as Basecamp, Jira, and Confluence (or equivalents).
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Bonus (not essential): experience with Miro and/or Figma.
What we offer
Competitive salary (dependent on experience).
Share options.
25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and we close over Christmas (we typically use 3 days of annual leave for that closure).
Flexible working hours and hybrid/remote options depending on role and project needs.
A chance to work across cutting-edge sports products spanning VR, mobile, console, and live data platforms, with ambitious plans in computer vision and AI.
A collaborative team with real ownership and impact — your work directly affects delivery and outcomes.
