Nestled in the beautiful seaside town of Selsey, our luxurious care home offers exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 70 residents.
We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role where you can guide and support your team while ensuring every resident receives outstanding person-centred care.

What You Will Do:As Senior Care Assistant, you will take the lead on each shift, supporting and supervising the care team to maintain the highest standards. You’ll be hands-on in delivering personal care, administering medication, and helping to create a warm, safe and dignified environment for all residents. You’ll communicate clearly with families, professionals and colleagues, ensuring each resident’s needs and preferences are understood and respected. Your presence and leadership will help foster a positive team culture where everyone feels supported and valued.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is essential
* Ideally working towards (or already hold) NVQ Level 3
* Practical Medication Administration training with competencies
* Proven experience in a care setting, ideally in a senior or supervisory role
* Confident leadership and excellent communication skills
* A kind, compassionate, and respectful approach to care
