The role of Estate Technician will include:
1. Carrying out grounds maintenance duties on a daily basis
2. General cleaning communal blocks and an on site office
3. Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels
4. Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition
5. Working with customers to resolve issues and improve services
6. Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work
Skills and experiences:
7. Pesticide Application Certificate PA1 – PA6
8. Working knowledge and experience of undertaking grounds maintenance, caretaking, general cleaning
9. and basic repairs duties
10. Recent experience in interpreting written instructions and maintaining simple written records
11. Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
12. Practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery
13. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
