In this role, you will be responsible for the high-quality installation of a wide range of vehicle components and accessories, ensuring excellent workmanship and delivering a high standard of customer service. About this role:
1. £33,500 per annum
2. Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
3. Loyalty bonus
4. 28 days annual leave including bank holidays plus birthday day off
5. On site parking
6. Permanent role
What you'll be doing in this role:
7. Carry out consistent, high-quality installation of components including hardtops, roll covers, wheels, suspension, electrical components and more.
8. Diagnose and resolve faults to maintain excellent service standards.
9. Deliver strong customer service to both internal and external customers.
10. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a high-quality product and service.
11. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
12. Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
13. Complete additional tasks as required by the Line Manager.
What you'll need for this role:
14. Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Vehicle Fitting Operations, Automotive Technician or equivalent.
15. BTEC, NVQ, A Level or equivalent qualifications relevant to the role.
16. GCSE English and Maths (Grades A–C).
17. 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
18. Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical systems.
19. Experience routing various cable types and reading wiring diagrams.
20. Good understanding of vehicle mechanics.
21. Full UK driving licence.
