ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a hands-on, commercially focused Performance Marketing Lead to cover a key role in our Digital team. This maternity cover will handle planning, execution, and optimization of all performance marketing channels, managing budgets to meet strict cost targets and driving customer acquisition across markets.
The ideal candidate will be data-driven and channel-savvy, with strong experience in paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, and email campaigns. You will join during a handover phase and be supported by our digital and eCommerce teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* PPC / Paid Search: Manage Google Ads and Bing campaigns, including search, shopping, and branded campaigns.
* Paid Social: Build and manage campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
* Affiliate (AWIN): Maintain and optimize affiliate performance with key partners and publishers.
* Email Campaigns: Deploy campaigns using Bloomreach; support audience segmentation, testing, and automations.
* Weekly Reporting: Produce performance reports on spend, CPA, ROAS, and channel contribution.
* Budget Management: Oversee channel budgets to ensure spend aligns with revenue targets.
* Project Work: Support ongoing initiatives, including PMAX campaigns and programmatic testing.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with eCommerce, brand, content, and trading teams to align marketing with business goals.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a DTC or high-growth eCommerce environment.
* Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, AWIN, and ESPs like Bloomreach.
* Experience with budget management and ROI-focused decision making.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience using GA4 and attribution tools.
* Self-starter capable of managing tactical tasks and contributing to strategic testing.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
