This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You will:
* Own and grow key national retail accounts, delivering against sales targets, KPIs and P&L.
* Win new listings across FMCG and key retail channels.
* Identify and open new commercial opportunities across the UK.
* Collaborate with Marketing on B2B campaigns and activations.
* Take accountability for forecasting and demand planning accuracy.
* Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has proven National Account Management experience, ideally from Retail, Gifts, FMCG.
* Is confident presenting and negotiating with retail buyers.
* Has a strong growth mindset and new business drive.
* Can build powerful, mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Thrives in fast-paced, ambitious environments.
