Senior FP&A Analyst\nThe Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for the management of, reporting on and budgeting & forecasting for the Global Local HQ P&L (mainly the Overheads base), and for providing FP&A business partnering support to the Global Local HQ Functional Directors.\n \nWhat You'll Do\n\nReporting on monthly Global Local HQ opex spend by business area versus Plan / Forecast and Prior year, with meaningful commentary and analysis to explain variances in a commercial way\n\nIn-depth analysis of opex run rate spend, and assist in identifying opportunities to improve results / cost savings\n\nManagement of monthly risks and opportunities based on run rate analysis and input from discussions and reviews with budget owners\n\nThrough analysis during month end before the close, ensure that that opex is booked in the correct general ledger account and cost centre so that opex reporting is accurate\n\nQuarterly forecasting including submission to Corporate and providing back up analysis and support for the numbers\n\nOwn the models & run the calculations for: bonus accruals, growth bonus and stock compensation. This includes annual bonus file setups & uploads to compensation tool\n\nExperience in building and managing complex bonus calculation models is desirable\n\nAnnual budget process - manage and take responsibility for accurate budgeting. Present and explain the budget in a clear and succinct way, ensuring variances to prior year are understood\n\nReporting on allocations within Global Local including all regional, group and corporate allocations down to SOP (Segment Operating Profit), allocations between sub-segments within DOP (Divisional Operating Profit) and down to SOP and any others\n\nPromote and drive increased use of TM1/ Power BI for all management reports on opex across the business\n\nProvide significant input into the Power BI reports for Global Local opex, ensuring that the reports are meaningful and include the key KPI's and information required, and that they are used by the business\n \nWhat You'll Need\n\nAt least 2-3 years PQE\n\nDemonstrable experience of business partnering\n\nExperience of working in an FP&A role in a complex multi-national\n\nProven track record of reporting with TM1/ PeopleSoft / Power BI or similar tools\n\nProven experience of analysing large data sets, identifying key trends and communicating findings to senior management in a concise and understandable manner\n\nProven experience of applying appropriate challenge to business forecasts and budgets using typical FP&A skills and techniques\n\nStrong Excel skills required ("VLOOKUP's", "sumifs", pivot tables)\n \nWhy CBRE\nCBRE Group, Inc.
