We support autistic people, people with a learning disability, and people and families experiencing barriers to live healthier, happier, and inclusive lives. We do this by ensuring their needs, rights and aspirations are met.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Care Team Leader to join their growing team in Harrow/Pinner
The role:
* Support the day-to-day operational management, delivery and development of Together and Youth Services.
* Provide supervision, guidance and oversight of the team, including Support Workers, students and volunteers.
* Conduct risk assessments and care plans for the clients.
* Plan and implement a variety of recreational and educational activities tailored to the interests and needs of our clients.
* Provide regular updates and feedback to parents/guardians regarding clients development and progress.
About you:
* You should have 2/3 years of experience in a similar position.
* You are able to commute to Harrow/Pinner
* You have experience in supporting adults/children with autism, mental health, behaviours that challenge and learning disabilities.
* You can organise activities that are person-centred and appropriate to each child’s abilities and development.
* You have strong organisational and planning skills.
* You have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are compassionate and patient.
