35 Hours, Sunday to Thursday

With some flexibility around team holidays and peak periods.
As the Assistant Warehouse Team Leader, you will support the late shift Warehouse Team Leader in managing and coordinating the team throughout the shift. You will assist with store picking during the first part of the shift, ensuring accuracy and productivity standards are met. You will also support the end of day dispatch process, ensuring courier and store deliveries are organised, sorted, and ready on time.
You will monitor team performance, provide guidance and support, and act as a key point of contact for team members during the shift. When the Team Leader is absent, you will assume responsibility for leading the shift coordinating work, running team briefings, and managing dispatch while escalating issue or decisions to management where required.
