Apprentice Talent Engagement Coordinator Location: Luton / Hybrid (occasional travel) Salary: £25,000 Apprenticeship: Customer Service Specialist Contract: Permanent About the role This apprenticeship is an excellent starting point for anyone interested in people, communication and a future career in Talent, Recruitment, HR or Customer Experience. You will join our Talent Engagement team, supporting candidates and contractors throughout their journey. From onboarding and first-day readiness to ongoing engagement once in role, the team ensures people feel supported, informed and valued. No previous experience is required as full training is provided. Key responsibilities Responding to candidate and contractor queries via email, phone and internal systems Supporting onboarding checks, documentation and first-day preparation Taking part in engagement and keep-in-touch activities Collecting feedback and insight to improve our service Working closely with recruitment, onboarding and client teams Learning how to prioritise queries and resolve issues effectively This is a development-focused role and full support will be provided.
