Position Overview: Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our Engineering Test and Technology (ET&T) Material Management Operations (MMO) team located in Berkeley, MO.
Responsibilities:
* Apply change and planning decisions to optimize solutions.
* Utilize Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to coordinate the supply chain.
* Coordinate with customer support, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers, and customers.
* Use Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.
* Incorporate Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into production planning.
* Coordinate part number attributes and verify correct implementation of engineering BOM in the material planning system.
* Manage and maintain orders, document and resolve order delinquencies, and report schedule adherence issues.
* Develop inventory plans, analyze excess and obsolete inventories, and create schedules for products and services.
* Support process improvements and work under general supervision.
Basic Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED.
* At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, or customer service environments.
* At least 3 years of experience in Inventory Management.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) related to Inventory management.
* Experience with Government Online Data Systems (GOLD).
Additional Information:
Boeing is a Drug-Free Workplace. The role is primarily first shift, with possible additional shifts. Compensation ranges from $62,050 to $83,950, with applications accepted until May 21, 2025. The position requires U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, and U.S. Person status as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15. Relocation assistance is not provided.
