The Trade Platform Specialist is responsible for the ongoing development, enhancement, and maintenance of JTI360 - JTI UK's independent retailer engagement platform. The Specialist will work closely with Marketing stakeholders to ensure Brand and Business objectives are considered and achieved. They will collaborate extensively with BTS to ensure development prioritisation; with Sales stakeholders to capture feedback, enhance the platform, and address Salesforce and retailer issues, and with agency partners to implement frontend and backend initiatives, ensuring high engagement levels through regular updates and testing.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the development and maintenance of JTI360 - JTI UK's independent retailer engagement platform.
2. Maintain and enhance backend functionality to ensure platform continuity and seamless user experiences.
3. Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure alignment and development prioritisation.
4. Work with Salesforce stakeholders at all levels, including platform power users, to gather feedback and drive site enhancements.
5. Coordinate with Commercial Planning to troubleshoot and resolve retailer and salesforce issues efficiently.
6. Implement and maintain a campaign calendar for the platform.
7. Analyze campaigns, the JTI360 Shop, and retailer engagement to provide recommendations for future improvements.
8. Manage multiple agency partners to ensure high-quality delivery across all aspects, from development to campaign execution and performance measurement.
Qualifications:
* A-level equivalent or above.
* 3-5 years in a similar FMCG role; sales and/or marketing experience is a plus.
* Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience applying marketing principles with a commercial mindset.
* Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a positive attitude.
