Job Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Project Coordinator / Team Administration Assistant who has excellent organisational, time-management, administrative, coordination, and communication skills, with experience using Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.

As the Administrator / Project Coordinator / Team Administration Assistant, you will support the team’s projects by ensuring all project documents are up to date and properly filed, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.

You will also be the first point of contact for inquiries and will keep records of project timelines, contracts, and other documentation.

DUTIES

Your responsibilities include:

* Being a central contact for project teams, clients, and stakeholders
* Coordinating project activities, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes
* Assisting in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Managing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
* Supporting project managers and team members
* Monitoring project progress and updating stakeholders
* Facilitating communication within and outside the organization
* Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
* Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and standards

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* Experience in an administrative or project coordination role
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with multitasking ability
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
