Sales Progression Consultant
* Contract Duration: 6 to 8 weeks (Temporary)

* £20.13 PAYE or £26.46 Umbrella
We are seeking a Sales Progression Officer to join a After Sales team on a temp basis within a Large Housing Association. This role is ideal for someone with significant experience in sales progression, particularly within the shared ownership homes sector.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide top-tier sales progression service to customers, ensuring all parties receive professional and timely communication.
* Manage a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
* Liaise effectively with leaseholders, solicitors, IFAs, and various internal teams including marketing and service charges.
* Maintain regular, professional communication with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant sales progression experience, specifically in shared ownership homes.
* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
* Experience working with CRM and Sales Management systems.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good understanding of Homes England and GLA capital funding requirements for shared ownership.
* Self-motivated with a strong ability to problem-solve and handle multiple cases in a high-volume environment.
* Ability to provide effective advice on conveyancing procedures and keep customers regularly updated during the resales and interim staircasing process.
