Plan and coordinate events from conception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
Manage event budgets effectively while ensuring value and quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop event content and logistics.
Source and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely delivery of services.
Oversee on-site event operations to guarantee seamless execution.
Evaluate event success and provide detailed post-event reports.
Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations at all events.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance event outcomes.Profile
A successful Events Planner should have:
Proven experience in planning and managing events large scale around 2000/3000 attendees .
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of event compliance, including health and safety regulations.
