Play the role of Front Desk and Reservation Specialist, handling new and existing booking enquiries, ensuring courteous response, and promoting meeting rooms, restaurants, and spa.


Responsibilities

* Handle new and existing incoming room, restaurant, and spa booking enquiries with prompt and professional service.
* Show thorough knowledge of Grantley Hall’s key selling points.
* Coordinate guest stays, offer additional services and packages, document guest requests, and build profile preferences.
* Maintain a consistently excellent level of guest service in accordance with Grantley Hall values, ensuring outstanding experiences.
* Demonstrate strong sales skills to convert enquiries into sales while upselling additional facilities.
* Adopt a hands‑on approach, remain productive, and constantly seek improvement.
* Use own initiative to support the wider Grantley Hall team, going above and beyond when required.
* Perform duties efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful communication to guests and colleagues.
* Show passion for hospitality and motivation to go the extra mile.


Qualifications

* Detail oriented and proactive in maintaining standards.
* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
* Demonstrated sales experience and ability to upsell.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
