Cars Sales Executive Vacancy in Kidderminster
1. Basic: £14,000
2. OTE: £60,000+
3. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am – 6:00pm (one day off every other week), Saturdays 8:45am – 5:30pm

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced New and Used Cars Sales Executive to join a successful dealership in Kidderminster. This role is ideally suited to a driven and professional automotive sales individual with a strong main dealer background who can hit the ground running from day one.

What you’ll be doing:
10. Selling both new and used vehicles
11. Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
12. Maximising finance and insurance opportunities
13. Building strong relationships with customers and generating repeat business
14. Working towards and exceeding dealership sales targets
15. Maintaining excellent product knowledge across the vehicle range
What we’re looking for:
16. Minimum 5 years’ automotive sales experience preferred
17. Main dealer background preferred
18. Proven track record in vehicle sales and upselling F&I products
19. Strong communication and negotiation skills
20. Motivated, target-driven and professional approach
21. Ability to work independently and as part of a busy sales team
