We are currently recruiting for an Agile Delivery Specialist to join our Markets Data Delivery Team focussing on data delivery for our General Insurance (GI) function. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced as a Scrum Master with deep experience in Agile frameworks, particularly S caled Agile, with, and a strong track record of coaching teams and leading delivery. A bit about the job: As the Agile Delivery Specialist, you will lead multiple team s in the adoption and adherence to Agile values, principles, and frameworks- moving us towards Scaled Agile Framework ( SAFe ). You'll ensure team s are productive in delivery by removing blockers, organising the backlog and driving improvement in sprint metric s. You'll support the team and Product Owners through the full lifecycle of IT change-from requirements to implementation into Production. You'll drive efficiency through a culture ofcontinuous improvement,automation,learning, andtransparency, while providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders on delivery status.
