Description
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Oversee a portfolio of clients and manage their day-to-day accounting needs.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing and resolving any issues or queries.
* Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial reports and statements.
* Contribute to team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
* Work closely with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
* Utilise and maintain proficiency with Sage accounting software.
Profile
A successful 'Client Manager' should have:
