Main duties of the job
You will provide autonomous clinical practice, assessing and managing patients of all ages with minor injuries, with access to radiology and follow-up clinics.

Education & Training
* Registered Nurse or Paramedic with HCPC registration.
* Additional qualifications like RSCN, RMN, RM, A/E, Nurse practitioner, or equivalent experience.
Qualifications
* NVQ level 2 or equivalent literacy and numeracy.
* Accredited physical assessment course.
* Independent prescribing qualification.
Skills & Knowledge
* Understanding of CQC and clinical governance.
* Case management skills, including health promotion.
* Research-based clinical care, policy development.
* Effective communication, teamwork, leadership, and training abilities.
* Professional knowledge, community awareness, confidentiality, equal opportunities.
Experience
* At least 2 years in a Band 6 or equivalent role, with recent clinical management experience.
