Office Manager – Kent – Market Leading Company
We are currently recruiting for a market-leading business in one of the biggest growth sectors across the UK. Our client, a company with major clients across utilities, construction, and civil engineering, is seeking an Office Manager with strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
This company has experienced significant growth over the past 5 years, with a turnover of around £100 million, and is looking for someone to help sustain and manage this growth.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Cost management, including analyzing cost reports
2. Assisting with investigations and HR matters related to your work
3. Ensuring each job has a PO raised
4. Compiling timesheets and values for payroll
5. Invoice reconciliation
6. Developing good working relationships with the project team and stakeholders
Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience in an office-based or similar role
2. Advanced skills in financial reporting, including VLOOKUPs and formulas
3. Experience in financial management and cost control
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic environment
6. Full UK driving license
Package Details:
* Basic Salary: up to £36,000
* Location: Kent, just outside Maidstone (office-based role)
* 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
