This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead a motivated kitchen team in a daytime-only operation, offering a great work–life balance with no late nights and a Monday to Friday schedule.
We are seeking a hands-on leader with a background in fresh food-led grab & go, café, or QSR environments, who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food.
The Role
* Oversee daily kitchen operations from preparation through to service
* Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and brand standards
* Train, mentor, and develop the kitchen team
* Manage food production and kitchen organisation to maintain efficiency
* Monitor food costs and maintain operations within budget targets
* Uphold exceptional food safety and hygiene standards across the kitchen
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Kitchen Manager or Senior Chef in a fresh food environment
* Background in grab & go, café, or quick service restaurant operations
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing teams
* High attention to detail and commitment to food quality
* A proactive and organised approach in a fast-paced kitchen
