Responsibilities & Requirements: Support the Service Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the service department. Deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk, ensuring a smooth service reception experience. Motivate and lead the service team to achieve targets and maintain high standards. Handle customer concerns efficiently, always aiming for first-time resolution. Contribute to departmental performance, profitability, and CSI scores.
