Key Responsibilities Maximise profitability across finance, insurance, and warranty products. Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and company policies. Deliver tailored finance and insurance packages to customers. Support and coach Sales Executives with deal structuring and negotiation. Provide training to develop knowledge, compliance, and sales techniques. Motivate the team to achieve and exceed KPIs. Monitor key metrics and implement strategies to boost performance.
