Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Supervisor to join the team at Rumble Rooms Milton Keynes in an on-site capacity. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the venue, ensuring the smooth functioning of gaming areas and bar services, and providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include leading and motivating the team, opening and closing the venue, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and resolving customer inquiries or concerns effectively. The role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, contributing to the lively and welcoming atmosphere Rumble Rooms is known for.
Qualifications
* Team leadership skills, including motivating staff and managing operational schedules
* Customer service expertise, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences and addressing concerns
* Knowledge of gaming operations, including arcade games and multiplayer systems, is advantageous
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and guests
* Prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, or a similar environment is preferred
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
