Owning the Data Migration Architecture, including source, staging, and target data models. Producing clear design artefacts: logical mappings, cleansing/validation rules, exception handling, and cutover patterns. Providing architectural oversight to migration engineers and resolving design issues during build. Approving execution plans and ensuring reconciliation, verification, and auditability for rehearsal and live runs.
